Toujours en quête de nouveaux horizons, il guide ses invités dans un voyage gourmand à travers des saveurs exquises et des présentations artistiques.

THE OPENING OF THE BAROQUE CAFÉ

Inaugurated in 1993, the Baroque Café quickly became an institution in the heart of Geneva. From its location on the Place de la Fusterie, the establishment has truly developed into a place to meet and celebrate. It has become a not to be missed rendezvous point at lunchtime for its daily specials, and all day long for a drink or coffee.
1994

THE OPENING OF THE B'CLUB

Niché sous le Baroque Café, le B?Club ouvre ses portes en octobre 1997 place de la Fusterie. Au fil des mois, il devient la référence ultime des nuits genevoises. Les locaux s?y retrouvent pour célébrer des soirées et des nuits hors du commun. Le B?Club fait rapidement figure d?icône et devient « The Place to be » sur la scène nocturne de la ville.
2010

THE REBIRTH OF THE BAROQUE CLUB

A new branding for the legendary Geneva club. The Baroque Club is reborn and strikes a balance between chimeric elixir and baroque boldness. It merges art with the late night universe for even more fire. International celebrities and artists display their full talents and figures come to life until the wee hours of the night in a seductive and exclusive atmosphere. The Baroque Club has thus regained its original essence: a place of celebration and elegance that always reveals a feeling of belonging.

THE OPENING OF THE BAROQUE RESTAURANT

The Baroque Restaurant opened its doors on the Rue du Rhône and quickly positioned itself amongst the most popular establishments in the city. A baroque-chic shrine in a very precious setting. Deliciously gourmet lunches and dinners in an atmosphere that is instilled until nightfall to give way to the art of celebrating, amongst elegance and sensuality.
2013

THE REBIRTH OF THE HISTORIC MOLARD TOWER

This establishment was inaugurated in 2013 and pulsates to the beat of history. From its niche on the famous Place du Molard, the eponymous Tower has dominated it since 1591. More than just a brewery, the Tour du Molard is a gathering place where Geneva's inhabitants meet for lively times during gourmet lunches and dinners, as well as for a drink at the end of the day, on one of the most beautiful outdoor patios in the city.

THE OPENING OF THE NEW BAROQUE RESTAURANT AT THE PASSAGE DES LIONS

After having fascinated the Rue du Rhône, the Baroque Restaurant moved to a brand new 660 m2 setting in the famous Passage des Lions. True to its lineage, the establishment signals that it is returning to exclusive hedonism and a new way of life, and is evolving into a truly festive venue. It boasts a unique design with the most remarkable spaces for ever more exceptional evenings. With unbridled creativity, the Chef has boldly revisited the classics of Mediterranean, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine.

THE LAUNCH OF COSETTE MEMBERS CLUB

In a perfectly intimate boudoir nestled under the Baroque Restaurant, Cosette seeks to occupy a unique space in Geneva's nightlife. Focusing on insiders, and in the spirit of an exclusive circle, the establishment has created its Membership Club, in order to provide ever more upscale services. Like a private club, it intensifies passions under the spirals of great cigars and illustrious bottles.

THE RENOVATION OF THE BAROQUE CLUB

The renowned temple of Geneva nightlife has a new look for ever more magical moments and exclusive evenings. With its 100 m2 dancefloor and its various ever more intoxicating spaces, the Baroque Club continues to make its guests' hearts race in the most beautiful of the nocturnal lairs.

THE OPENING OF MAMA THAÏ STREET-FOOD

2020 marks the opening of the brand new benchmark in Thai street food in Geneva. Mama Thai opens its doors on the Rue de Carouge and offers an original and colorful universe with 100% homemade recipes inspired by a pure Thai gastronomic tradition.
